Greenbanks Homecare and Live-In Care Assistants
In a nutshell, this is what we provide for our care assistants and support workers:

We pay our care assistants a competitive hourly rate, providing ongoing training and support from our local offices and training department.
When you join us, we will take you through our comprehensive Induction to Personal Care that exceeds both National Minimum Standards and many specialist courses, ensuring that both our experienced and inexperienced staff can provide a high standard of care and support.
All Greenbanks care workers must have an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
Career Development
Joining the Greenbanks team gives you an opportunity to gain relevant Apprentice skills and NVQ qualifications – we also develop a career plan with you that takes account of your desires as well as our own objectives.
There are opportunities to progress to Team Leader – many of our coordinators and managers began their careers as care assistants or live-in carers.
We welcome the changes being made by government to help more people benefit from care at home. These mean more employment opportunities with Greenbanks in a variety of jobs in homecare services.
